Skip Heller

SKIP HELLER is a resident of Hollywood, CA. He has worked with many interesting musicians, including Yma Sumac, Lalo Guerrero, Dave Alvin, Stan Ridgway, Dana Countryman, Ray Campi, Sammy Masters, Katy Moffatt, and quite a few others. He has released ten albums as a leader and has produced about twice that many for other artists. His eleventh, album FAKEBOOK includes compositions by Les Baxter, Jerry Goldsmith, and Raymond Scott.

He's a Libra, is married to a woman far more beautiful than he deserves, and is a dedicated fan of women's professional basketball. His biggest influences are Grant Green, old TV themes, and Los Angeles Sparks point guard Nikki Teasley.
