komafuzz

komafuzz is the alias of Jeff Siwanowicz which began in southern California around 1995. after becoming tired and disillusioned with playing in several 'punk' and 'industrial' bands, Jeff began making his own sound creations with a broken guitar and a four track mixer.

by looping static, feedback and odd-sound samples, his project komafuzz was set into motion. his styles can range from "a throbbing mass of squeals and squirts peppered with moments of pure chaos" to "subtle textured audio sculptures". In 2003, Jeff relocated to Washington where he now resides with his wife Rebecca and their cat, Anubis.
